Refund Policy
1. In-Store Purchases
All food and beverage items purchased in-store are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, quality concern), please inform our staff immediately so we can address it on the spot.
2. Online Orders

Orders placed through our website or delivery partners cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

If an incorrect item was delivered or your order did not arrive, please contact us within the same day for assistance.

Refunds or replacements will be issued only in cases where the error was made by Palette & Pour Café.
3. Event Bookings & Reservations

For private events or group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in partial or no refund, depending on preparation costs incurred.
4. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
